My Background
I’m passionate about creating environments where everyone can thrive and belong. I value curiosity, representation, equity, and creating meaningful change. I believe all organisations and leaders have a vital role in enabling and driving inclusion.
My career has spanned the consulting, technology, sales, human resources, aviation, mining, retail, education, small business and not-for-profit sectors. I chair the board of an Australian LGBTIQ+ philanthropic organisation, The Aurora Group.
I’m honest yet professional, pragmatic yet innovative, and help build and empower inclusion confidence and people capability with the teams and people I work alongside.
